Here, you’ll marvel at rooms furnished in the Chippendale style alongside an extensive collection of silver, jewellery, and remarkable paintings. The visit includes a relaxing break at the garden café, where stunning views of Funchal await. The adventure then leads you on a brief stroll to the Santa Clara Carmelite Monastery. Within its Gothic cloisters and sacred chapels, you’ll delve into the histories of the nuns who lived here, gaining insights into their daily lives.
