All about the Jeep North Tour.

Leaving Funchal, we will make a short stop in the city of SANTA CRUZ. Then we continue to PORTO DA CRUZ, in the north of the island, enjoying beautiful landscapes, including the imposing and emblematic rocky formation PENHA D’ÁGUIA (Eagle’s rock). It owes its name to its shape, but depending on one’s imagination, some people may see a mammoth! Here, we produce the sugar cane rum used in the famous Madeiran drink, Poncha. We’ll continue our adventure through off-road narrow tracks surrounded by laurel trees going towards SANTANA, ILHA and SÃO JORGE, full of natural beauty. Still off-roading, we’ll be heading towards one of the island’s most stunning sceneries. Our next stop will be at ARCO DE SÃO JORGE to enjoy lunch at a pleasant seaside restaurant (optional, not included). Then, we’ll continue through BOAVENTURA, PONTA DELGADA, and SÃO VICENTE, where we will stop in Quinta do Barbusano to visit the property and taste the wine produced there. The wine tasting includes red, white and rosé wines. Return to Funchal. Don’t miss out! BOOK NOW!
