All about the Folklore Dinner.

After the pickup, we will take you to one of the most famous restaurants in Madeira to taste TYPICAL MADEIRAN FOOD (3-course menu) and enjoy the MADEIRAN DANCE SHOW named “Bailinho da Madeira”… and who knows, maybe even join in! You will begin with a MADEIRA WINE apéritif. The typical meal comprises LOCAL BREAD “BOLO DO CACO”, SOUP, “ESPETADA” beef cooked over an open fire and served on a skewer, accompanied by “MILHO FRITO” (fried corn-like polenta). It includes dessert and coffee. You will finish with a traditional drink. After dinner, we will take you back to the hotel, and you can appreciate the view of the city full of lights at night. These pick-ups require the supplier to confirm availability and pick-up time. We will send the detailed information by e-mail, and you will pay the driver directly on-site.

List of transfers outside Funchal (per person/round trip): Machico, Ribeira Brava, and Ponta do Sol: EUR 10; Calheta: EUR 15; Outside these municipalities, prices will be subject to availability.

  1. 19:00-20:00 Hotel Pick-up (Departure time)

    A staff member will pick you up at the indicated place and confirm your voucher identification. You can present either a paper or an electronic ticket for this activity. The tour will begin as soon as we finish collecting tour members.
