First, we’ll go for a short coastal walk at the charming village of Porto da Cruz and later, to a viewpoint offering fabulous views over the coastline, the cliffs and the ocean. We will then take you to Santana to view the famous traditional thatched houses.
After enjoying free time for lunch, we’ll drive to Ribeiro Natural Park and pass through not only a rare prehistoric forest but also Laurisilva forest – UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll cross stunning landscapes on the road to the top of Pico do Arieiro (1818 m.) and enjoy the awe-inspiring views of the wild volcanic peaks. Hotel Pickup (Departure time)

Machico Viewpoint
To start with, you’ll make your first stop of Madeira easthern tour over Machico historic city, which arrival of the first Portuguese sailors in the 15th century marked the beginning of the Age of Discovery that changed the world forever.

Ponta de São Lourenço
